Challenge
Managing affiliate marketing is inherently complex. Creators need to browse hundreds of available brands, generate and organise affiliate links, monitor product performance, track clicks and conversions, and manage transactions and payouts - often across multiple disconnected tools. The existing experience fragmented these workflows, making it difficult for creators to understand their affiliate revenue at a glance or take action quickly on a mobile device.
Results
The redesigned affiliate module consolidates the entire creator workflow into a single, cohesive mobile experience. By applying clear information architecture, progressive disclosure and a consistent component system, the product transforms a complex data rich workflow into something creators can navigate confidently on iOS and Android. Brand discovery, link management, affiliate analytics, transaction history and creator profiles now work together as one continuous experience rather than isolated screens.
