Designing Core Product Experiences for a Live Creator Platform

Challenge

As the platform expanded into new feature areas, every addition needed to feel like a natural part of the same product rather than a bolt on. Creators were managing earnings, affiliate opportunities, campaign discovery, notifications and brand connections across a growing ecosystem with no unified design language holding it together. The risk was a product that worked in parts but felt fragmented in practice, increasing cognitive load and reducing confidence with every new feature introduced.

Results

The work spanned multiple core product areas including the creator dashboard, earnings and payments, affiliate offer discovery, campaign browsing, notifications and onboarding. Rather than designing each feature in isolation, every decision was guided by a shared component system, consistent interaction patterns and a mobile first approach that kept the experience cohesive as the product scaled. Onboarding and educational flows were also designed alongside the core product to reduce early friction and help new creators understand the platform before they began using it. The result is a creator ecosystem where diverse product areas feel unified, predictable and easy to navigate regardless of where a user enters.
