Challenge
The existing analytics dashboard presented campaign data across disconnected screens with no clear information hierarchy or visual priority. Creators and marketing teams struggled to understand campaign performance at a glance, identify meaningful trends over time, or compare KPIs without navigating between multiple sections. Despite the platform collecting valuable data including reach, impressions, engagement rate, CPM and CPC, the mobile UX failed to surface those insights in a way that supported fast, confident decision making.
Results
The redesign restructured the entire information architecture, grouping analytics into logical progressive sections from high level campaign overview and performance trends through to audience demographics, geographic insights and cost metrics including CPM and CPC. Applying UX principles of progressive disclosure, visual hierarchy and cognitive load reduction, the redesigned SaaS dashboard transformed fragmented data into a coherent decision making tool. The result is a scalable, component based analytics framework with consistent data visualisation patterns, ready to accommodate future metrics as the platform grows.
